Domestic Shipping

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are 15–21 business days. If a product is ready for dispatch, it may be shipped on the same day, which can result in earlier delivery.

Shipping Costs
 • Standard Shipping: Free for first time
• Cash on Delivery (COD) + Shipping: ₹150 
 • Express Shipping: ₹150 (applicable only on products that are ready for dispatch)

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.


International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: Charges vary depending on the destination.

Customs and Duties
Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking
• If you did not create an account or sign up before placing the order, the order will not appear in the ‘Orders’ section of the website.
• Tracking details will be available only after the order has been dispatched.

Order Confirmation
• Order confirmations are sent via email.
• If an email address is not provided, a confirmation email will not be sent, even if the order is successfully placed.
• If you have provided an email address but do not receive a confirmation, you may contact us at info@salwaartameez.com.
 • For COD orders, dispatch will take place only after a confirmation call. If customer is unavailable on call, the order may be cancelled.

Order Changes and Cancellations
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For changes to the shipping address or contact details, please write to info@salwaartameez.com. Changes will be made only if the order has not yet been dispatched and if the update is feasible.
• If an order is undelivered due to incorrect information, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
• To ensure smooth resolution of delivery discrepancies, customers are encouraged to record the package opening process.

Lost or Damaged Packages
