Return Policy
We have a strict no return/refund policy.
Exchange Policy
Size Exchange:
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues. A ₹ 499 shipping fee will be charged, along with any price difference for the new size, if applicable.
To request an exchange, you must email us at exchange@salwaartameez.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, with the following details:
- Registered Contact No.
- Order ID (6-digit ID starting with #)
- Product Name
- Old Size
- New Size Requested
Exchange Process & Timelines:
- Once your request is received, we will reply within 1-2 business days.
- The product will be first picked up from you.
- After the pickup, it will go through a quality check (product must be unused and neatly packed as it was originally delivered, with all tags and packaging intact)
- Once the product passes the quality check, the new size will be dispatched to you. At the time of delivery, the ₹ 499 shipping fee (plus any price difference, if applicable) will be collected.
- Please note that the entire exchange process can take about 12-15 business days (and up to 20 business days during festive periods)
⚠️Important: If the product fails the quality check (e.g., signs of wear, damage), we will not be able to process the exchange, and the item will be returned to you.
Defective/Incorrect item:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for an exchange in such cases, you must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Please email the unboxing video along with your order ID (6-digit ID starting with #) to exchange@salwaartameez.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your exchange request. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Once all details are verified, a fresh replacement product will be sent to you.
⚠️Important: Make sure you record an unboxing video every time you receive a delivery. It is mandatory to claim exchange in case of defects/incorrect item.
